The Erie County Board of DD is seeking nominations for: Provider Agency of the Year, Direct Care Professional of the Year, Opening Doors Award, and the Steve Lippert Award.  Please see the attached forms if you know of someone who you would like to nominate for their reconition for outstanding service with people with disibilities.
