Community Connections

Community Connection is a program designed to help make connections for the people we serve within there community. Our job is to find out what the person wants to do and assist with the planning to make it happen. We offer on going activities that happen every week or every month that a person might want to join in on. We have developed it this way to help in the developing of friendships and assist people to access there community and learn what there community has to offer them.
