Supplies needed:

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 cups diced bacon, ham or chopped sausage
    • 10 large egs
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream,
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2 cups of your choice of chopped veggies
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 28 oz shredded hash browns, frozen
    • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • salt and pepper to taste
