Waiver Certification – Starting or Renewing

Thank you for your interest in becoming or continuing as a provider for individuals with developmental disabilities. Before delivering services funded through Medicaid waivers, all providers must be certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and maintain that certification.  Whether you are new or renewing, we are here to support you through the process.
