The Help Me Grow Home Visiting program is an evidence-based, family support program for pregnant women or new parents. Home Visitors partner with parents to access the information and resources that can support the physical and emotional health of their baby and entire family.

Are you pregnant or have a newborn under the age of 3 months?
Do you receive WIC or Medicaid?
Would you like extra support as a new parent?

If you have answered YES! to any of these questions,
you might be eligible for Help Me Grow Home Visiting
at no cost to your family.

The Help Me Grow Home Visiting program will help…

Teach you how your child will grow and learn.
Connect you with other helpful services.
Support you as your child’s first teacher.
