Supplies needed:
- 4 tablespoons Butter, halved
- 1/2 sleeve Buttery Round Crackers (such as Ritz), crushed
- 1 pound thick cut cod, perch, salmon or walleye loin
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup White Wine (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
