Supplies needed:
- Parchment Paper
- 1/2 Cup of Flour
- 1/4 TSP Baking Powder
- 1/4 TSP Salt
- 1/4 TSP Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter, softened
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Cups Quick Oats, uncooked
- 1/2 Cup Raisin or Dried Cranberries
