  • 1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef or Turkey (Use 13 oz can of Kidney Beans if you prefer meatless)
  • 64 oz Vegetable Juice
  • 32 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
