Governor DeWine has established Ohio PROMISE, a statewide initiative that Promotes Resources, Opportunities, and Meaningful Inclusion through Support and Education. It’s about making more child care available for kids with special needs by adding new options, like the following:
- Training to help professionals learn how to support kids
- A special label to help families know about it
- Extra help and services for programs and families
