This publication was originally produced by the Ohio Legal Rights Service (OLRS), now known as Disability Rights Ohio (DRO) in partnership with the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council Leadership Committee in February 2004.
The Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council has revised this publication to reflect the many changes that have taken place within the last ten years due to legislation and simply name changes of various government and/or state agencies.
